AssetElevation is built around a simple principle: the less we know about you, the less anyone can ever expose. This policy explains the limited data we process, why we process it, and the steps we take to keep it minimal.
1. What We Collect
- ▸Account data: an email address and, optionally, a summoner name, used to create your account and manage your orders.
- ▸Order data: the details of the boost or account purchase you place, and its status.
- ▸Payment reference: the cryptocurrency transaction identifier (txid) tied to your order. Crypto transactions are public on the blockchain by nature.
- ▸Boost credentials: where you provide account access for a solo boost, these are stored encrypted and used only to fulfil your order.
2. What We Never Collect
- ▸No payment-card data. We accept cryptocurrency only — there is no card number, bank link, or billing address on file.
- ▸No government ID or legal name. You are never required to verify your identity to place an order.
- ▸No selling or sharing of your data with advertisers, and no third-party marketing trackers.
3. IP Addresses
We do not store your raw IP address. For security only — to detect brute-force login attempts and abuse — our systems record a one-way hashed (pseudonymised) form of the IP in security logs. The hash lets us recognise repeated attempts from the same source without ever retaining the address itself, and the original IP cannot be reconstructed from the stored value.
4. Cookies
We use a single, strictly necessary session cookie to keep you signed in. It is HttpOnly, transmitted securely, and set with a strict same-site policy. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.
5. How We Use Your Data
- ▸To create and manage your account and fulfil your orders.
- ▸To provide support and communicate with you about your orders.
- ▸To secure the platform and prevent fraud and abuse.
6. Sharing
We share data only as strictly necessary to fulfil your order — for example, providing an assigned booster with the access required to complete a solo boost. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it for marketing.
7. Retention
We keep account and order data for as long as needed to provide the service and meet operational requirements. Security logs, which contain only hashed IPs and event metadata, are retained for a limited period and then rotated. Boost credentials are stored encrypted and retained with your order record; you can change your password after completion.
8. Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your account data at any time through our support channel. Where data must be kept to meet a legal or operational obligation, we will explain what we are able to remove.
9. Blockchain & Public Data
Cryptocurrency payments are recorded on a public ledger. The transaction identifier tied to your order is, by the nature of the blockchain, publicly visible. This is what makes independent on-chain verification possible — but it also means the payment transaction itself is not private to us alone.
