Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of AssetElevation ("we", "us", "the platform") and the services we provide, including rank boosting and the sale of game accounts. By placing an order or creating an account, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the platform. By using AssetElevation you represent that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
2. Our Services
AssetElevation provides two services. Rank boosting: a vetted player improves the rank of your League of Legends account, either by playing on your behalf (solo boost) or alongside you (duo boost). Account sales: ready-made League of Legends accounts delivered after payment. The specific scope of each order — ranks, region, and add-ons — is what you select and pay for at checkout.
3. Orders, Pricing & Payment
All prices are shown in euros (EUR) and are calculated transparently from the parameters you select. We accept cryptocurrency only — currently Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT, and BNB. We do not accept credit cards and never store payment-card data.
- ▸An order is confirmed once the corresponding cryptocurrency transaction is detected and confirmed on the blockchain.
- ▸Cryptocurrency payments are final and irreversible by design; there is no chargeback mechanism. Refunds, where applicable, are governed by our Refund & Ban-Protection Policy.
- ▸You are responsible for sending the correct amount to the correct address. Funds sent to an incorrect address cannot be recovered by us.
- ▸Prices may change at any time, but the price shown and agreed at checkout is the price that applies to that order.
Estimated start and completion times are good-faith estimates, not guaranteed deadlines. A boost generally begins within a reasonable window after payment is confirmed; at peak times an assigned booster may start somewhat later. Estimated completion times assume normal conditions and can be affected by queue times, server issues, or game maintenance.
4. Account Access for Solo Boost
For solo boost, our booster accesses your account using a temporary access token where supported, or credentials you choose to provide. Where credentials are provided, they are stored encrypted and used only to fulfil your order. You may change your password at any time after completion, and we strongly recommend enabling all available account-security features once your boost is complete.
5. Ban Protection & Guarantees
Eligible boost orders include a ban-protection commitment. The exact coverage, conditions, and remedies are set out in our Refund & Ban-Protection Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Guarantees apply only where you have complied with your responsibilities under these Terms — including not logging into the account during an active solo boost.
To make a ban-protection claim, you must provide evidence of the suspension — such as the official ban notification from the game publisher — and the claim must relate to activity carried out as part of your boost. Ban protection does not cover suspensions resulting from your own conduct, from third-party software, or from actions taken on the account outside the scope of the order.
6. Account Sales & Delivery
Accounts are delivered after payment is confirmed and include the credentials required to access and take ownership of the account. We recommend changing the email and password immediately on receipt. Account warranties, where offered, are described at the point of sale and in our Refund & Ban-Protection Policy.
7. Your Responsibilities
- ▸Provide accurate order information, including the correct account, ranks, and preferences.
- ▸For solo boost, do not log into or play on the account while a session is active — this can disrupt the boost and void guarantees.
- ▸Do not initiate fraudulent payment disputes for services that have been rendered.
- ▸Keep any credentials you receive secure, and change them promptly where instructed.
- ▸Pay from a wallet you control; we cannot assist with funds sent from custodial services you do not control.
8. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- ▸Use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
- ▸Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the platform, to other users' accounts, or to our systems.
- ▸Resell, sublicense, or misrepresent our services without authorisation.
- ▸Submit false information, fraudulent payments, or abusive support requests.
9. Riot Games & Third-Party Services
AssetElevation is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Riot Games, Inc. "League of Legends" and related marks are the property of their respective owners. Use of third-party game services is subject to those services' own terms, which may restrict account sharing or boosting. You acknowledge that you use our services at your own discretion and accept any risk arising from the terms of the underlying game.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AssetElevation is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold AssetElevation harmless from any claims, losses, or expenses arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the services.
12. Privacy
Our handling of the limited data we process is described in our Privacy Policy. By using the platform, you consent to that processing.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
